WELCOME TO ADVANCED STRENGTH TRAINING, SPEED AND AGILITY!
Advanced Strength Training is a participation and performance-based class in which all students have an opportunity to excel. Students will be introduced to a high level of physical development through weight training, running, flexibility, agility exercises, plyometric training and core exercises. The weekly structure will be a daily weight program of required lifts, auxiliary lifts and body workouts. Periodic testing will be done to establish new maximum lifts. Prerequisites for this class are that you've taken Strength Training and you have passed, showing safe techniques on a list of lifts. In order to maintain a safe weight room environment, students must abide by the weight room rules. Failure to do so will result in removal from the elective course.
