WELCOME TO STRENGTH TRAINING AND CONDITIONING!
Strength Training is a participation and performance-based class in which all students have an opportunity to excel. Students will be introduced to a high level of physical development through weight training, running, flexibility and testing. The weekly structure will be a daily weight program of required lifts, auxiliary lifts and body workouts. Periodic testing will be done to establish new maximum lifts. All students are required to understand and abide by all the weight room rules. If not, they will not be allowed to participate in this elective.
