WELCOME TO CONDITIONING FOR FITNESS!
This class is an elective course in the PE department. You will be participating in a variety of activities that are aimed at improving your overall fitness. There will be a combination of cardiovascular work, strength and conditioning, recreational fitness (sports and games), and individual conditioning. Whether you are in this class for your desire to improve your personal fitness or just be active, you will gain knowledge of fitness vocabulary and how to stay healthy throughout your lifetime.
